Where do you deliver?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
Our usual dispatch time is 1–5 days. This is the time before your order leaves us; delivery time is additional. See delivery information.
Can I return my order?
Contact Dimalight before sending any item back. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not post your return until you have received these details. This does not affect your statutory rights or cancellation deadlines.
Non-personalised online purchases have a change-of-mind cancellation period. Personalised goods are generally excluded from that cancellation right, but your rights for faulty goods still apply. Read our returns guide before sending anything back.
What if something arrives damaged?
Please contact us with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the item and packaging. We will help resolve the problem. Do not light a candle in cracked or damaged glass.
How do I look after my candle?
Follow the instructions on your candle’s label, including the guidance for its wick. Read our candle care and safety guide.
How do I save a favourite?
Use the wishlist heart on a product, then visit your wishlist. Your basket is available from the bag icon or basket page.
