Need help with a parcel?

If your order has not arrived or you need to correct an address, email us with your order number. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Photos of the item and packaging can help us investigate, but do not replace or limit your statutory rights.

Damaged glass

Do not use a candle or diffuser with cracked glass. Keep damaged packaging and the item safely while we arrange the next steps with you.
